Bookings
A booking is valid only for the confirmed date, selected hours and booking reference. Customers must provide accurate contact details. Available slots may change until the booking and required payment are successfully completed.
Payments
Prices are displayed in PKR and calculated from the selected database slots. Online payments may be processed by PayFast using its supported checkout methods. A pending, failed or reversed payment does not constitute a paid booking.
Arrival and usage
Players should arrive before the selected time. Booked time will not be extended because of late arrival. Customers are responsible for their team, personal belongings and appropriate conduct. Venue safety instructions must be followed.
Prohibited conduct
Unsafe play, damage to property, harassment, illegal activity and conduct that risks players, staff or the venue are prohibited. Cricket Arena may stop play or refuse service when reasonably necessary for safety or security.
No refunds and rescheduling
All confirmed payments are non-refundable. A booking may be rescheduled once when requested at least 3 days before its earliest booked hour, subject to availability and confirmation. Higher-priced replacement slots require payment of the difference; no balance is returned for lower-priced slots. Full rules are provided in our Reschedule & No-Refund Policy.
