How to request deletion
To request deletion of personal information associated with your Cricket Arena booking or WhatsApp conversation, email citycricketarena@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
Information to include
Include your name, the phone number used for the booking or WhatsApp conversation, and your booking reference if available. Do not send passwords, payment card details, bank passwords, PINs or one-time codes.
Identity verification
We may ask you to verify that you control the relevant phone number before processing the request. This protects customer records from unauthorized deletion requests.
What happens next
After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required. Some booking, payment, fraud-prevention or transaction records may be retained where necessary for accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations. We will respond using the contact details supplied with the request.
