No refunds
All confirmed booking payments are final and non-refundable. Cricket Arena does not provide cash, bank, wallet or account-credit refunds for customer cancellations, late arrivals, partially used bookings or no-shows.
Reschedule window
A confirmed and paid booking may be rescheduled online when the change is completed at least 3 days before the earliest booked hour. Replacement slots are subject to live availability.
Multiple-slot bookings
All selected slots under one booking reference are treated as one booking. The full booking must be rescheduled together, but the replacement slots may include gaps.
Price difference
The self-service flow accepts equal or lower-priced replacement slots. If replacement slots cost less, the remaining amount is not refundable or transferable. Contact management if a higher-priced slot is required.
Late requests and no-shows
Changes attempted less than 3 days before the earliest booked hour, after play has started, or following a no-show are not allowed. The original booking and payment will be considered used.
Arena-side disruption
If Cricket Arena cannot provide the confirmed turf because of an operational, safety or venue issue, the booking will be moved to another mutually available date or time without a rescheduling fee.
Payment errors
A failed payment does not create a confirmed booking. Any debit caused by a failed or duplicate payment must be reported immediately with the transaction reference. Such cases are verified with the payment provider and handled as a payment reversal or dispute, not as a customer booking refund.
